Return Process

Email our customer experience team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request within 30 days of delivery.
- 2.Quality Assessment
If you received damaged or incorrect cans, please include a photo of the packaging so our team can expedite a replacement or refund.
- 3.Recycle or Donate
Because we cannot resell food items once they have left our facility, we ask that you recycle any unwanted product or share it with a friend instead of shipping it back.
- 4.Receive Credit
Once your request is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide store credit for your next purchase within 5-7 business days.
